The group's workforce spans four countries and six languages, most without a company email address. They evaluated Personio for HR digitization and liked its HR depth - but it solved nothing about daily communication: shift announcements, maintenance requests, event coordination and reaching housekeeping staff on their phones. Buying Personio would still leave communication on notice boards and personal messengers.
