How long does implementation take?

Most companies go live within 1–2 weeks. The setup fee covers everything: cloud server provisioning, user import, roles, org structure, data migration and employee onboarding. Enterprise rollouts with custom modules typically take 4–8 weeks.

Where is our data stored?

On a dedicated cloud server provisioned specifically for your company - not a shared multi-tenant database. On Enterprise plans we can deploy in the region or cloud provider of your choice.

Which languages does Kompanion support?

Kompanion ships with 8 languages: English, Serbian, German, Italian, Turkish, Croatian, French and Arabic (with full right-to-left support). Each employee picks their own language.

Can Kompanion be customized for our needs?

Yes - this is one of our biggest strengths. The platform is actively developed based on customer requests. Business plans include custom workflows; Enterprise plans include fully custom modules and integrations.

Do you offer mobile apps?

Yes. Native iOS and Android apps with push notifications are included in every plan, so warehouse, retail and field employees stay connected without a desk.

What does the monthly price include?

Everything: all modules, hosting on your dedicated server, maintenance, updates, new features and support. There are no hidden per-module fees.

Can we migrate from SharePoint, Confluence or an HR tool?
